Damaging upgrade

The new upgrade had a couple ok features, but overall worsened the playability of the game.

Namely the one that requires a minimum car level to play certain levels. Did not exist prior and overall turns the game more into a money grab than it already was

The game is a little fun but is so designed after sucking money out of your wallet that it actually becomes tedious to play it for free.
